  Ben Townsend explains the process of preparing an agency for the disposition process by reviewing the approach used at the Spartanburg, South Carolina PD.

• Session 4

  The Tracker Products Advanced Search tool is extremely useful for a wide variety of applications, but it's under-utilized by many of our clients because it's perceived as difficult to grasp. This session is designed to change that perception.

• Session 5

  Periodic system inventories assure that your stuff is where it's supposed to be. In this session, Ben Townsend reviews the importance of performing inventories and quickly demonstrates a sample inventory.

• Session 6

  In this session, current Tracker Products customers Roy McKinney, Kara Jeter, David Reeves and Greg Aylor take questions from the audience and talk about their experience with Tracker Products software.

• Session 7

  Ben Townsend takes questions from the audience and addresses questions posted by viewers of the online webcast.
