Sync the PDA device
1. Place the PDA device on the cradle (attached to a computer via USB cable).
Your PDA device should begin to execute a series of file transfers.
Watch for a 'Sync complete' message to appear on your PDA's screen.
2. After receiving the 'Sync complete' message, you may proceed by logging into the Tracker Products system on your computer to execute the transaction.
For security reasons, The only person who can execute imported transactions is the same user who performed the transactions with the PDA device.
3. After logging into the main system click the ‘PDA Transfer’ icon.
4. For check-ins, check-outs and moves, select the
If the checkbox to the left of your transaction is green, it will be executed when the button is clicked.
If the checkbox is red, the transaction will be deleted when the button is clicked.
Click on the checkbox to alternate between green and red.
