1. Click the check-in button on the quick menu.

2. Enter the name of the person you are receiving the item or group of items from.

3. Scan the location bar code and the item's bar code.

For groups of items being checked-into the same location, the location bar code should be scanned only once prior to scanning each of the item's bar code labels.

4. When you have scanned all of the items you wish to check-out, click the 'Done' button in the lower-left corner of your PDA screen.

5. Sync your PDA device and import all transactions.
