Check-in temporary items

For customers using temporary lockers. Many customers prefer to use temporary storage locations for item check-in because the users checking-in the items are not the same users responsible for moving the items to their permanent storage location. If your organization prefers to bypass temporary location storage and check items directly into permanent storage, please inform the Tracker Products support team so that they can configure your tracking system accordingly.

Items added to the Tracker Products system are initially entered into a temporary storage area. The Temporary items tab on the Quick menu displays all items currently located in temporary storage. These items are eligible for check-in to a permanent location.

1. To view the items in your temporary storage, click on the Temporary items tab in the quick menu.

  1. From the Temorary Tab.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to process.
  3. Enable the Bucket List.
  4. Select 'Perform transaction'
  5. Select 'Check in temporary items' in the drop-down menu.
  6. Complete the check in
