Advanced logging
Advanced logging allows system administrators to view complete transaction history for any case/project, person or item. Every time a case/project, person or item is modified in any way, the modification is recorded in a log, along with the date, time and user performing the modification.
The information stored in this log cannot be modified in any way, by anyone, including the system administrator.

1. To view the complete history of any case/project, person, or item, click the Advanced logging icon on the Quick Menu.
2. Enter the case number for the log history you wish to view. The case-level history log is initially displayed.

3. To view item-level history, click the 'Additional item(s)' dropdown menu, select the item you'd like to view and click the button.
